Care Coordination Resource Alaska

Olga Tanner

Care Coordinator

As a Care Coordinator, I work with participants who need support to live safely and as independently as possible in the home of their choice by assisting them with getting services to maintain quality of life. I ensure that the participants have choice, safety, independence and dignity in home and community-based living with quality services to promote independence and incorporate each individual’s culture and value system.

I have been with CCRA since January 2016. Prior to working for CCRA I worked as a Care Coordinator for Mat-Su Senior Services for 5 years. I also have experience as a nationally certified medical assistant, a PCA, and as a house manager at an assisted living facility for 4 years.
